Returns & Exchanges



We are so committed to helping you get the right shoes for your goals that we back all of our goods with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days from purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom shoe orders. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:


Return Policy

All goods can be sent back within 14 days upon receipt. All returned goods must never been used and in new condition, in the state you received them. All returned packages must be insured. We cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:

"The product is not what I did imagine it to be."
"I have changed my mind on this product."
"I don't like this product after I received it for no reason."

If you request returning the purchased goods for the reasons above, you need to send back the goods in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the package sent back, besides the shipping fees, we will also charge a 15% of re-stocking fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund. Please choose the right size and color carefully before purchasing.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.


Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 14 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

2. Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
3. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.
4. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation.
