Q: Where do the items ship to?
A: Under normal circumstances, we ship parcels all over the world through DHL, UPS, USPS and FEDEX. The parcels will be dispatched within two business days from the time your payment are verified.

 

Q: How many days does it take you to receive parcels?
A: Your orders will be shipped out within 2 business days after receiving payment. Generally speaking, it will take you 5-7 calendar days to receive your parcels at your door(door to door service). If they will not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us. We will get back to you shortly. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

A: Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your e-mail automatically. And tracking number may be trackable within 48 hours. We will also email you the website to track your package.

 

Q: Important Note for APO/FPO Customers
A: New Balance Outlet is happy to ship purchases to APO/FPO addresses. All packages sent to these locations will ship via U.S. Postal Service.
